The marketplace
Sajilowork connects people who post tasks (“posters”) with people who perform tasks (“Taskers”).
Sajilowork is not the employer of Taskers and does not perform the services listed on the platform.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines.
Tasks, offers, and payments
Posters may post tasks and accept offers from Taskers.
Payments are processed through the platform’s approved payment methods.
Fees, taxes, and cancellation charges may apply as disclosed at checkout or in related policies.
User conduct
- No illegal, unsafe, or discriminatory tasks or behaviour.
- No harassment, fraud, or circumvention of platform payments.
- No misuse of personal data or intellectual property.
- Comply with applicable laws in Nepal and your local area.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sajilowork is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Our total liability for a claim is limited as permitted under applicable law and platform policies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
